Le Petit Pot vuelve!

Perdonad haber estado tanto tiempo ausente... ya sabéis lo que pasa con las entregas de trabajos y obligaciones de final de curso....

Así que hoy mismo empieza el verano para le Petit Pot! y que mejor que hacerlo con una receta de helado de te verde?

Con el calor de este fin de semana, lo único que me apetecía tomar algo fresco. 

Seguí adapté una de las instrucciones de un libro de helados que me regalaron mis queridísimas amigas Eva, Marta y Pepa para mi cumpleaños (el bol, la cuchara y las servilletas también formaba parte de su regalo! verdad que son estupendos?)

Le Petit Pot is back!

Sorry for being away during all this time! works, obligations,... you know...

So my summer starts today! 

It's really hot in Barcelona, so I decided to prepare green tea ice cream! Yum Yum!

I adapted a recipe from an ice cream book that my friends Eva, Marta and Pepa gave my for my birthday (together with the bowls and the napkins. Cute, aren't they?)

Festivalet: Summer edition

II edición del Festivalet!

The Night Owl

Me encantan las meriendas de domingo

Ayer estuve casi todo el día cosiendo cositas que espero que pronto podáis ver. Pero siempre hay tiempo de comer algún tipo de tarta. Esta vez se trata de una coca con cerezas! mmmm.... me encanta!

Hace una semanita recibí un paquete muy especial, de Tuwhittiwhoo by the Night Owl. Desde Escocia, me llegaron estos pendientes en forma de lazo, pero lo que más me sorprendió fue una carta de su creadora y una hoja de factura en catalán. Ese detalle me alegró el día! Se ve que Ellen vino a Barcelona a pasar unos días y compré esa libreta como souvenir. Pasaros por su blog a saludarla y a ver sus fantásticas fotos y no os perdáis los otros lacitos y manteles que tiene en su tienda Etsy.

I recieved a special packet last week, the one from Tuwhittiwhoo by the Night Owl. I got a wonderful lace earings from Scotland, but what surprised me the most was the Catalan invoice paper. Ellen came to Barcelona last year and she got invoice pads. Amazing, isn't it?

Festivales, Inauguraciones, talleres y... algo más

Fin de semana primaveral

Preparando nuevas cositas para la tienda Etsy y para un acontecimiento del que pronto tendréis noticias!

Luego me fui con el nuevo tote al Primavera Sound y me gustó bastante colgado del hombro! El festival estuvo bien y ahora recuerdo que tengo de hacer una entrada con mis 12 canciones que marcaron mi vida (prometo que pronto!!!).

Se me coló una camiseta de Efimer. En unicornio de origami me cae gracioso! El blog de Life is Ephemeral se dedica a fotografiar prendas de esta marca por la calle y a contar experiencias efímeras que pueden resultarnos útiles en algún momento de la vida.

Spring weekend

I've been preparing some new goodies for the Etsy shop and for an event wich you will have some news soon (shhh)

After my sewing morning, I went with my new tote to the Primavera Sound Festival and it looks so good hanging on the shoulder! The festival was fun and I remember I must post a list of my 12 best songs of my life (soon!!!!)

Duduá vuelve!

Así lo anunció Alicia hace unos días en el blog!

La inauguración de la tienda es este sábado día 5 con una exposición enmarcada dentro del festival de ilustración independiente Ilu·Station. El nombre de la expo es "Cásting de Mascotas" y en el participan 30 artistas distintos para que diseñen la mascota del Mundial de Ilustración (coincidiendo con el de fútbol).

Una de las participantes es Misako Mimoko, quien además de esta exposición, el día 11 de Junio impartirá un taller de mascotas hechas con calcetines deportivos que pinta muy divertido!

Duduá is back!

This saturday is the opening day and there will be an exhibition called "Casting de Mascotas"within Ilu·Station programme. You will se the work of 30 different artists in this exhibition that will design the World Illustration, that coincides with the Football one.

Misako Mimoko is taking part of this exhibition and she is also doing a workshop on 11th June in Duduá  about sport socks mascots. It must be funny! 

Hoy mismo he descubierto esta tienda online tan bonita! Se trata de The Fabric Bar y la he encontrado a través del blog de Thomson Family. No he podido evitar enseñaros algunas cosillas y comentaros que podéis participar en un concurso muy gracioso a través del Twitter.

♥ Petit Bangkok

Me gustan los restaurantes pequeños, familiares y donde los camareros (que muchas veces son los propietarios) te explican y te traen los platos con entusiasmo.

Petit Bangkok es uno de esos sitios.

Es uno de mis restaurantes favoritos de Barcelona, por su encanto, comida, motivación y por la propuesta en si. 

El salón es pequeño, pero muy acogedor y hacen los mejores Pad Thai que he probado nunca! Es inevitable ir allí y pedir unas tallarines tailandesas! Absolutamente recomendables!

Los woks y los rollitos de pasta de arroz con gambas y menta también están deliciosos!

Aquí dejo unas cuantas fotos de lo que comimos la semana pasada y la cuenta (no resulta nada cara la experiencia! Por 17€ comes perfectamente!)

Está ubicado entre plaza Molina y Lesseps. Aquí tenéis el mapa por si os apetece ir! Os encantará!

Estoy muy emocionada por el preciosísimo post que me han hecho en Kireei, por las bonitas fotos de las chapitas de Le Petit Pot que le tocaron a Zit y Choc en el concurso que hice en febrero y por haber seleccionado el monederito de banderolas para un post de Etsy.

Petit Bangkok is one of these places.

It's one of my favorite Barcelona's restaurants. It's small, charming and they make very, very good Thai Food!

They make the best Pad Thai I've ever tasted! Don't forget to ask for them if you go there!

The woks and the minth and prawn rolls are delicious too!

Lost Tribute

Faltan pocas horitas para saber como termina todo. 

Soy Lost adicta y yo también madrugaré para ver las últimas 2'30 horas de la serie.

Sin duda Lost dejará huella en la historia de la televisión, ya que, tal y como afirma Daniel Dae Kim (el actor que encarna a Jin), "es imposible tener una conversación sobre tele sin mencionar Lost".

La tarde de hoy, la he pasado haciendo pruebas de lacitos con una tela que encontré en los encantes. Supongo que pronto veréis los resultados!

Pero también ha pasado un buen rato preparando la cita con Cuatro de mañana por la mañana, buscando información, entrevistas y especulando sobre teorías del final de Lost.

He querido homenajear la serie con algún que otro hallazgo que he encontrado en la red, así que este mi pequeño tributo!

Lost final episode is coming. 

As a good Lost addict, I'm going to get up early to watch the end of a tv serie that will leave its mark on the TV history. As Daniel Dae Kin afirms,"it's impossible to talk about television without mentioning Lost".

I've been trying to do some bows this afternoon with a new fabric I found in a Barcelona flea market. I also spent some time to find some information and interviews about Lost final episode.

I would like to make my little Lost tribute with some Internet finds before the end.

Como buena "gourmet" que soy, estos cupcakes de Lost parecen irresistibles! Al igual que estas galletas del vuelo de Oceanic. 

Y si alguien de vosotros también verá el episodio en directo, aquí va una receta para hacer palomitas de humo negro (yo para desayunar, mañana me pido chocolate con churros).

Tarde de Donuts

Una merienda muy dulce. Probando unos nuevos rotuladores curiosos, que cuando se secan, cogen volumen! Muy diver!

 Fue un regalo, pero creo son de esta maravillosa tienda etsy!

Los donuts estaban riquísimos! Tengo una nueva máquina para hacerlos, que también fur un regalo especial.

Me encanta decorarlos aunque no esté hecha una maestra pastelera.

El plato que aparece por ahí lo conseguí en Love Nest Design, entrad en su tienda etsy, hay un montón de cosas interesantes y unas divertidas cajitas para guardar las tarjetas Moo.

Doughnuts for a sweet afternoon

Trying a new marker pens which got volume when the ink is dry! It was a gift, but I think they are from this wonderful etsy shop.

The doughnuts where delicious! I've got a new machine for making them, that also was a special gift.

 I like decorating them even I'm not an expert!
