Galletas de Cacahuete para las Abuelitas Modernas

Un domingo cotidiano más!

Y bien acompañada: con las Abuelitas Modernas!

En esta ocasión, pasamos unas horitas en Miscelanëa.

Durante la mañana, preparé algunas galletitas de cacahuete.

¿Queréis la receta? 

Aquí va!

Galletas de Cacahuete

¿Qué necesitáis?: 125g de mantequilla ablandada, 150g de crema de cacahuete crujiente, 225g de azúcar, 1 huevo ligeramente batido, 150g de harina, 75 gramos de cacahuete tostado, 1/2 cucharadita de levadura en polvo, una pizca de sal.

Preparación: en un cuenco grande, batid la mantequilla con la crema de cacahuete. 

Poco a poco vais añadiendo el azúcar granulado. 

Luego, incorporad, poco a poco, el huevo batido y removedlo hasta que todo esté bien mezclado.  Tamizad luego por encima de la preparación la harina, la levadura en polvo y la sal. 

Añadid los cacahuetes y mezcladlo todo para formar una pasta suave. 

A continuación, envolvedlas y déjela enfriar alrededor de 30 minutos en la nevera. 

Formad bolitas de pasta y colocadlas sobre una bandeja, separadas por unos 5 cm, ya que crecen durante la cocción.  Aplanadlas ligeramente con la mano. 

Cocedlas en el horno precalentado a 190ºC unos 15 

minutos, o hasta que estén doradas.

Llevé las galletas dentro de una cajita de cartón y utilicé Coharu Washi Tape Printer para hacer las etiquetas!

Just another happy sunday with modern grannies!

We spent the time in Miscelanëa.

I made some Peanut cookies during the morning to enjoy them in the grannies tea party!

Do you want to know how to do them?

Here is the recipe!

Peanut Cookies

What do you need?: 125g of butter, 150g of crunchy peanut butter, 225g of sugar, 1 egg, 150g of flour, 75g toasted peanut, 1/2 spoon of baking powder and a pinch of salt.

Preparation: beat the butter and the peanut butter in a big bowl. Add the sugar gradually.

Then, ad the beated egg and stir it until be mixed. 

Sift the four, baking powder and salt into the mix. 

Add the peanuts and mix all the ingredients into a soft paste.

Wrap the mix and put the bowl 30 minuts in the fridge. 

Make little balls and put them in a tray, leave 5cm between them. 

Flatten slightly with the hand. 

Bake them at 190ª about 15 minuts or until the cookies will be golden.

Then, I put all the peanut cookies un a cardboard box and I used Coharu Washi Tape Printer to do the labels! 

Voilà!

Es de lo más bonita! La tengo expuesta en una estantería y todo!

De momento, ya llevo hechas algunas etiquetas y me ha servido para mi nueva cajita de envolver regalos.

Sandwich de mascarpone y trufa: ¡día cocinillas!

¡Esta mañana he ayudado a mi madre con la comida!

Han salido unos fabulosos sandwiches de mascarpone con trufa.

Estaban deliciosos y son de lo más sencillo de preparar: 

1. Se mezcla el mascarpone con agua de trufa y aceite de trufa. 

2. Se unta en pan de brioche.

3. Se añade unas laminas bien finitas de trufa en el medio.

¡Voilà!

I helped my mother with the lunch today!

We made a mascarpone with truffle sandwiches.

They were yummy and it's so easy to prepare. 

Here is the recipe:

1. Mix mascarpone, truffle water and oil truffle

2. Spread the mix on brioche bread or scone.

3. Add some thin sheets of truffle inside.

¡Voilà!

¡Empieza genial este 2012! ¡Hoy he creado mi primer treasury en Etsy! 

Aunque sea adicta a esta plataforma, todavía no había hecho de curator, supongo que encontrarme otros treasuries la mar de bonito y que haya tenido la suerte de aparecer en alguno de ellos, me ha animado a hacerlo!

 Éste está inspirado en una foto que hice al salir de una clase de swing, me encontré estas tres sillas y me gustó la combinación de colores.

¡Seguro que habrán más!

Glitter 2012

¡Feliz 2012!

¡Confeti y nuevos oxford de purpurina de Goldenponies para esta noche!

¡El 2011 ha cundido! Le Petit Pot ha lanzado nuevas guías de ciudades: París, Londres y Reykjavik e Islandia. Además, hemos dado un paseo por las mejores patatas bravas de Barcelona.

 Seguimos decorando la ciudad a ritmo de ganchillo y bordado con las guerrillas (todavía tengo que publicar la última. De mientras, ¡aquí tenéis fotos!)

También he subido a la tienda online nuevas caritas en forma de señor con monóculo y soldado y el nuevo calendario de adviento (que también puede funcionar como una cuenta atrás para celebrar algo). Todos ellos, han pasado por el Festivalet!

¿Así que, cómo será el 2012? ¡ya lo veremos!

¡I spent a good 2011!

Le Petit Pot realised Paris, London and Reykjavik&Iceland city guides. We walk around Barcelona looking for the best patatas bravas of the city.

We made different crochet and embroidery guerrillas (I must post the latest one, meanwhile, here are some photos!

I updated the shop with new items! The man with a monocle, the soldier and the countdown calendar. 

¡All of them were featured in Festivalet!

So, how will 2012 be? We will see!

Hello, please!

¡Ya hemos pasado las comilonas fuertes!

También ha caído alguna que otra sorpresa estos días. Empezando por el ciervo y el mini títere de la A (una tienda increíble situada en la calle Torrent de l'Olla en Barcelona). 

También tuve la suerte de ganar este divertido broche de la ilustradora Gemma Correll a través de su Instagram! Qué afortunada fui!

 Y ya estoy lista para la llegada del 2012 con el calendario de Hey Sosi! Me lo regaló Sofia junto con  una de sus preciosas postales.

Christmas time in London

♥  ¡He vuelto de nuevo a Londres! ♥ 

Sólo una escapadita, pero suficiente para descubrir nuevos lugares como la zona de Dalston, con Wilton Way y la tienda The other side of the pillow, regresar a Netil y Broadway Market (ya os enseñé algo de ellos aquí), pasear por ferias navideñas en bares y centros culturales como The Social Christmas Market, Duckie Christmas Market o Wonder hill Market.

Así que si estos dáis tenéis la oportunidad de escaparos a Londres, ya sabéis dónde comprar algunos regalos hechos a mano para estas Navidades!

It was a short visit, but I got time to discover Dalston, Wilton Way and The other side of the pillow, come back to Netil and Broadway Market (I talked about them here!) and visit some Christmas fair like The Social Christmas Market, Duckie Christmas Market and Wonder hill Market. 

If you've got the chace to go to London in Christmas time, now you know where to shop some gifts!

El último día pudimos comernos un bocata de FARM:shop, un espacio en Dalston Lane en el que puedes ver habitaciones en las que se cultivan plantas que luego, puedes comerte en un bocata! Echad un vistazo a su web, la verdad es que la iniciativa es muy chula! Os recomiendo que si vais a Londres, os paséis por allí!
